Aluminium Loading Ramps
Sack truck ramp Capacity 350 - 500kgs, Weight 26-36kgs
The sack truck ramp is made from the same aluminium extrusion as our AVS 80/110 plant ramps. This type of ramp is ideal for sack trucks with pneumatic tyres and is mainly used by removal firms, furniture companies and beverage carriers. This lightweight aluminium ramp has a non-slip surface. In addition, it can be folded and may include a moveable lip |
Event ramp Capacity 350 - 400kgs, Weight 63-80kgs
The event ramp has been designed specifically for loading trolleys or cases with small wheels and is mainly used by musicians, event engineers or those loading flight cases. Our special KVS surface coating is baked on in the factory rather than being painted on and ensures minimal vibration. |
Van ramp Capacity 400 - 1000kgs, Weight 37-68kgs
Type RRK & RRD aluminium van ramps are gas strut assisted for easy one-man operation. The surface of the van ramp is perforated and embossed to give a perfect anti-slip surface. This also allows rain and snow to disperse very easily. This is a light-weight ramp which allows most of the pay load of the vehicle to be retained. |
Trough ramps Capacity 350 - 700kgs, Weight 5-12kgs
The alumimiun trough ramp, type ABS offers an excellent balance between a very low weight and a high load capacity. Robust and easy to handle, these ramps are ideal for loading and unloading items such as motorbikes, high pressure cleaners, generator sets, and wheelchairs. Their profile allows them to be stacked one inside the other for ease of storage, and the 45mm high safety curbs on each side prevent any lateral slippage. |
Pedestrian ramps Capacity 310 - 2390kgs, Weight 7-39kgs
The aluminium profile used in the manufacture of the AOS pedestrian ramps is perfect for small wheeled equipment such as trolleys, pallet trucks and pedestrian lawn mowers. It has a perforated hi-grip, anti-slip surface which allows water and snow to drain very easily from the running surface, providing excellent traction for both pedestrians and equipment whatever the weather. AOS ramps are not fitted with safety curbs as standard, but they can be fitted as an option. They are also available in a folding version. |
Plant ramps Capacity 500 - 11,180kgs, Weight 10-104kgs
Aluminium plant ramps, type AVS are ideal for loading vehicles with rubber tracks or pneumatic tyres ranging from small differs and dumpers to heavy wquipment with wider tracks and tyres such as excavators and tractors. They can be used with plant trailers, flst beds and tippers. The surface profile is extruded from a high quality aluminium alloy which guarantees longevity even with constant use. Sizes range from an 80 to a 200mm box section All AVS ramps are available with or without curbs or with curbs on one side only. Folding versions are available in most sizes and spring assistance is available for the larger sizes. |
Plant & Low loader ramps Capacity 7,000 - 80,000kgs, Weight 36-150kgs
Aluminium low loader ramps, type VFR are ideal for vehicles equipped with pneumatic tyres, solid wheels and rubber or steel tracks. They use a special aluminium construction for strength, durability and weather resistance. The heavy -duty profile and the use of high-grade aluminium, ensures durability even when loading steel track machinery. For heavier higed plant and low loader ramps we recommend our spring counter balance system. |

Maintenance ramps
These aluminium loading ramps are ideal for inspecting and cleaning vehicles. They are manufactured to your requirements and can be supplied with or without safety curbs. |
Tail lift ramps
These aluminium side ramps for tail-lifts and tail-boards facilitate loading and unloading operations from vehicles alongside the kerb. They bring safety and quicker unloading times for carriers who have to deliver within a town centre using vehicles equipped with hydraulic tail-lifts. |
Tailboard ramps
These hinged tailboard ramps and an inexpensive option for loading bay deliveries. The ramps are used between the rear deck of a commercial vehicle and the loading dock, or as an access ramp when the vehicle platform is at ground level. When fitted to the rear of a commercial vehicle, they can serve as a tailboard and a load bearing access ramp. These tail board ramps are fabricated from a five bar treadplate or a honeycombe aluminium extrusion. Both have an anti-slip surface. |
